Launcher The Segments Assembly Launchers mostly apply to whole span precast concrete box girder erection, various spans, small curvature radius bridge. The working mode of this launcher is that lifting segments girder and fixing them in order on launcher main girder. After agglutination & tension girder are finished and launcher get ready at its place, the whole equipment move forward to next bridge position finally, then one cycle is completed. The characteristics of this launcher working can be summed in two points: first, it wont be effected by the height of bridge surface or various environments; two, the tension in segments assembly processing is the control emphasis and difficulty in the processing.
